Our contracts are written to insure the LIFELONG safety, health and well-being of my puppies – period.

While we take every step possible to make our contracts fair for everyone involved in a puppy purchase, we understand that there are special circumstances and needs that crop up from time to time. Over the years we have modified this contract numerous times to suit the desires of all parties involved. 

We provide all potential puppy buyers with copies of our contracts before puppies are born and note that there are negotiable points in most cases.  We are, however, steadfast in several of our wishes and will not change several of the items in our contracts (most specifically, our request that we ALWAYS be notified and allowed to take the puppy back should the need arise).
